PROBLEM cnMaestro On-Premises

Buongiorno,

ho installato cnMaestro On-Premises su sistema VMware ma ho problemi con l'associazione dei dispositivi.

Ho provato entrambe le opzioni: Claim Devices with MAC Address   e    Claim Devices Using Cambium ID

ma in entrambi i casi il dispositivo segnala quanto segue:

ho provato con 3 dispositivi diversi: 

force 200  ed epmp1000 (AP e SM)

A quick question are you seeing the device getting frequent disconnect with cnMaestro?

Can you please copy device techsupport and cnMaestro techdump and send the logs via private message.

To download cnMaestro techdump please check the screenshot attached.

quando premo il pulsante "Export Technical Support Dump" non mi scarica nulla.

ci sono altri modi?  da console si può fare qualcosa?

intanto ho inviato mail con Syslog della SM  

Your browser is not allowing you to download cnMaestro techdump as its blocking the popup (you would see in browser URL right side a popup blocker you need to say allow download from xxx domain always)

ho provato con 3 browser diversi,  chrome , mozilla ed explorer ,  ma una volta premuto il pulsante non compare nulla.

non viene fuori nessun avviso o popup che blocca il download del file.

You can download cnMaestro techdump from CLI also.

From the command line the technical support dump can be exported using the following:

sudo cnmaestro-techdump

The location of the file will be printed when the command completes. It can then be copied to an external directory using SCP or FTP and then sent to Cambium support personnel.

si al moento i dispositivi risultano connessi correttamente.

dai log sembra che provava ad usare Ipv6 invece che IPv4.

vi aggiorno se ci saranno ulteriori problemi
