I am Facing Issue in onbaording ePMP device

Try enabling all the log levels on the device in Configuration > System > System Logging (Syslog) > SysLog Mask. That might give some more detail in what is failing in the device agent log.

Are you trying to connect to cnMaestro Cloud or On-Premises?

Hi ,

Can you please confirm which ePMP device model is being used and what firmware version is used. ePMP minimum supported stable version is 3.5.6 . Also as Jordan asked please share the debug logs once all the Syslog masks are enabled.
