Problem registering EX1010P in CN Masetro Cloud

Hello, I would like to ask for your help in order to solve my problem. I am trying to register an EX1010-P switch on our CN Maestro Cloud and we have succeeded in registering it with its serial number but it remains offline all the time. How do I get it to appear online?

can you ping cloud.cambiumnetworks.com from that switch?

I also have the CNmaestro light flashing

U must update switch manually to 4.x versio.

Thats mean dns or routing or firewall issue

Thank you all for your help we have solved our problem we made a typing error in the Remote Manager tab where we have to enter the URL of the CN Maestro, Today our switch goes up well on the CN, To answer the question above we managed to PING the address of the CNMaestro via the switch without problem. Thanks again for your help
