Problem updating CMM3 from 2.2 to 3.1

All settings as far as logins are correct. This is the error I get:

Make sure you are not running this from a PC that is behind a firewall or has a software firewall enabled.

Yes, first hint is that “01/13/11 15:16:32 INFO Using Active FTP for File Transfer”. Unlike Passive FTP, Active FTP requires the server to initiate a connection back to the client. This will not work with a firewall or anything running NAT.

i had the same issue…

what is did was to remove the snmp string and snmp ip …save and reboot and it worked…i spoke to support and they where no help

Tried using passive FTP and SNMP solution to no avail. Connected up directly to the CMM and successfully upgraded. Thanks for the input.
