I have an AP at a radio tower, the equipment at the tower is kicking out about 60,000 watts. Will this affect the AP in any way at all?

Do an RF analysis at the tower. It’s the only way to know.
Try to physically avoid the largest power source. We are using some towers witch have powerful AM antennas and there were problems only once.
Drinking large quantities of milk after the installation is recommended 
The problem was the emi from all the transmitters in the room where i had the switch for the remote ap.
