problem with cmm4

hi

I have a problem with 2 of my cmm4 cambium.

these are in different places and send me he same message of gps error

sync pulse status                     no sync

sync pulse source                    master gps module

antenna connection                bad - under current

what can I do?

I try to reboot and change gps's cable.

If it’s showing “under current” it means the GPS antenna likely isn’t powering up. If you’ve already tried a new cable to the antenna, try a new antenna. Is thy doesn’t work, then the problem is probably in the CMM. I’ve never opened up a CMM4 to see if the GPS is replaceable like in the CMM3.
