problem with smtp

Hi,

i’m trying to configure the prizm to send an email when an event occured.
I have some problem with the smtp server because i modify the smtp.xml file but i have always the same error.

Can you help me?

Hi,

I have a Problem whit my PRIZM, the probles is that: the send of the notifications Not Funtion.

The Problem that sample is: "Connect to Mail Server failed. Please check the mail server and the Prizm mail configuration"

I sured that the MAIL server is correct, but i don´t know what more i have to do … :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
