Hi,

If you are not able to access the unit after a factory default, you may have a defective radio. I assume you are using the power injector provided with the radio when doing this. Also, do you see the Ethernet LED come on when you plug into the radio?

Please contact our support engineers at http://www.cambiumnetworks.com/support/contact-support/ and they will be able to help you diagnose and replace the radio for you if necessary.

Thanks,

Sriram

Yes, the power supply is standard. When you attack the LAN cable does not turn no lights. The laptop says cable unplugged.

ok, I assume when you say power supply is standard, it is the power supply provided in the box with the ePMP 1000? If so, we may have to replace the radio for you. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Thanks,

Sriram
