Problems WEB interface Software CANPTY 16

I have a problem with a pmp 450 point multi point, I lost the web administration, and the telnet administration of the master.

The only form to have the administration again is with a hard Reset.

What could be the problem?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "hard reset"? Do you mean a factory reset of the config, or simply power cycling the board? Is this an SM or an AP?

Are you using any features such as NAT or VLANs that could be changing your management interface?

We are having the same problem.

The only thing that seems to fix the problem is rebooting the connected switch. After a switch reboot the problem temporarily goes away, but usually returns (randomly).

We are seeing this on APs running versions of software from 15.2 - 16.0.1

Not only the web interface goes down, but also the telnet interface becomes unreachble.

Affected APs remain pingable and continue to bridge Ethernet for other attached devices (SMs).
