Hi, i have a problem with my Canopy BH20-DES, wich losses around 40% of packets sent randomly.

I have another link betwewn otrher 2 Canopy, that works great and is connected in the same tower.

I've checked the statistics, signal-power-level and noise and all is normal.

I've tried a firmware upgrade (now it's 13.1.3, the newest), change both poe adapters, change frecuencys with the good link and change between the APs sites roles (master/slave) and saw nothing improve.

Aditionally, i paste the slave stats 2 minutes after manually restart:

Can you try to chance ethernet port speed auto to forced 100 F in both end devices?

Hi Asif,

Recently (around two weeks ago), the link stated to work fine, and I haven't lost packets since then.

I haven't made any changes neither, and the amount of traffic over the link is the same.

I'm going to wait until the end of the month to confirm the solution, if anything happens in the middle, I'll try with the solution that you suggested.
