Hi,
The unit lost configs and keeps on showing the “Recovery page image warning”.
We even downloaded the image,it installs it , request a reboot, then i will go back to the old software (Software Version:: Recovery-02-01) and does not go to the config pages.
It just keeps on showing the recovery image page.

The unit will boot into recovery mode if the reset button is pressed on the PIDU when power is applied. If the cable is damaged then this can have the same effect as pressing the button - and cause the unit always to boot into recovery.
Please check the ethernet cable between the PIDU and the ODU - I expect that if this is replaced the unit will boot normally.
