We seem to have a problem with PTP 650, keeps on connecting and disconnecting on ethernet even if plugged into pidu directly. Any ideas please. See picture radio forced on 100 full Duplex. Cannot even log into radio.
Is the PTP 650 in the default configuration, or have you changed the configuration. If you've changed the configuration, this suggests that you logged in at some time in the past. By "plugged in directly" do you mean connected from the PIDU to the ODU using a known good Ethernet cable?
Just got word from Techie on tower, problem seems to be solved. He replaced the cable installed last week Thursday and seems to be working now. Possible human error. Will advise if radio strarts acting up again in a weeks time.
