PTP 650 only present the recovery page on 169.254.1.1.

Hello,

My PTP 650 only present the recovery page on 169.254.1.1. After the  recovery process (using the different reset function), i can't obtain the standard main page (login page).

Do you have any idea ?

Firmware tested : 1.44 and 1.47

Try to change the ethernet cables connected between radio, power supply and the laptop. If it still doesn't allow you to access, I suggest you to open a ticket with support team to proceed further.
