Is the PTP 650 trade in trade up promotion still active?
Rules state:
Promotion valid only for new purchase of PTP 650 made during the Program Period through March 30, 2016, CT. To qualify as a new purchase, order must be placed and confirmed by your Channel Partner during the Program Period through June 30, 2016, CT.
I'm confused by the above statement. Valid through March 30th, but "new purchase" qualifies when placed by June 30th? Huh?
