PTP 850E Logging in Issue

We have had an initial configuration (changing the default IP and leaving the default username and password) for PTP 850E just for testing the device, and everything was running smoothly after we have turned it off for a couple of days. we are not able to log in back with our new IP, even though we are sure about the new IP. Is there any technique that we can perform or should I contact the Cambium support to resolve the issue?

Yes, getting in touch with support will be the best. There is a backdoor cable for the 850E and you may work with support to procure the cable.
