PTP - Link Accessible but not online?

I have a PTP setup in bridge mode, ips are staticly set and traffic is flowing.

1. BUT one side of the link shows it has no internet connection and no gps connection. (There not green)
Attached is a photo.

2. The only way i can access the antenna is if I'm located inside the same address space.

3. This deivce has a public ip address and cannot be accessed from the outside world.

The Internet Connectivity Indicator state is determined by receipt of ping responses from the configured DNS server. Do you have a DNS server configured? For the AP, what does the Monitor --> GPS show for satellites? What access point mode is the AP in and what is the uplink/downlink ratio?
