I can't open web management page, it show massage error about java as attached file.

Have you installed the Java runtime environment? Have you gone into the java control panel and added the radio's hostname or IP to the exception site list? Have you ever been able to access the radio through the computer you're using?

The PTP250 was EOL'd some time ago an the last firmware update was from 2014.

Yes, I already install jre v.8-211 and added exception site.

Java can run in webpage but still show error massage.

My browser is IE 11 and device firmware is 02-11
