I’ve just upgrade our two PTP500 with software v4.00 and I’m not able to login on the unit. I’ve try this workaround:

Ok, the update seems to have reset my password to blank one… strange.
would you mind posting a link to a ptp500 firmware d/l?
i have 03-03 and apparently 04-00 fixes some potential problems when a link is turned up?
