I am trying to do a bench testing of a PTP650 Link. The radios used are connectorized radios. I have set the Tx power to 0 dBm. I have also connected RF cables to the antenna ports in order to attenuate the signals. However I am not able to establish a link. can somebody help
To do a bench test with connectorized units, you should connect the corresponding ports (H to H and V to V) using RF cables and attenuators. We normally use 60 dB of attenuation in each path, made up from two 30 dB attenuators with N-type connectors.
