PTP650 software upgrade 50650-01-47 - Encryption option

Hi,

I've recently upgraded two Master PTP650's, both with full capacity licences, to 50650-01-47. This was in order for me to enable encryption on both devices.

After the upgrade, one unit gave me the option to enter a Key of Keys, where as the other does not. Any ideas as to why this might be?

In addition, the only difference I've noticed between the units is the hardware version.

The unit that works is version B0P04.01-l

The unit that is giving me issues is version B0P04.03-l

Do you have the AES license (either 128-bit or 128/256-bit) on both of these units?
