PTP820 cannot access management web page

Hi people can someone help me on this.
I have a PTP820 radio, I am connected direct to the radio through the management port, I can ping the radio but I cannot access its management web page, it just does not respond. Any ideia how to solve that?

This is probably a silly question, but have you tried both HTTP and HTTPS?

Have you tried clearing that IP out of your browser cache? Or tried multiple different browsers (Chrome, Edge)? Or have tried from multiple different computers? We have seen that if the browser cache is munged… although you’ve probably already tried all that. :slight_smile:
