PTP820C Installation - Again Struggling with Link Issues for Dual Polarization

Hello, this post has some useful information for troubleshooting initial link turn up: http://community.cambiumnetworks.com/t5/Licensed-Microwave/PTP820-Troubleshooting-tips-during-installation/m-p/57158#U57158

and alignment: http://community.cambiumnetworks.com/t5/Licensed-Microwave/align-a-PTP-820-link/m-p/77565#M758

It appears that your frequencies and part numbers are valid:

C110082B055A   PTP 820C Radio 11WGHz,TR500,Ch7W13,Hi,11425-11725MHz

C110082B056A   PTP 820C Radio 11WGHz,TR500,Ch7W13,Lo,10915-11207MHz

Have you double-checked that they are installed on the correct sides and the Hi frequencies are configured on the Hi radio (and vise versa).

Also, in addition to the OMT kit, have you changed out the single polarity antenna interface to the circular adapter?  This is referenced as the 'twist' in the installation guide.

Can you provide the LINKPlanner project file and screenshots of: the individual radio configuration pages, MRMC configuration (under symmetrical scripts>FCC)?  If desired, you can email them to chris.fikert@cambiumnetworks.com
