I am wondering what I should see for the Temp. under unit parameters?

I have seen as low as 65  degrees  F. and at other times 83 degrees  F.  Should I be concerned about this.  The outdoor temp has mostly been in the 20 to 40 degree F. range.  The unit appears to be operating fine.

For PTP820S Environmental Specifications  ‐33°C to +55°C,  The temperature can vary depending on the environment condition.
