R-Series Routers Potential Issue with MAC Address Defaulting

Please take note of the attached Field Service Bulletin that was released today regarding all R-Series routers.  There is a potential issue with the MAC address defaulting when the devices are downgraded.  In order to eliminate the possibility of this happening, be sure to UPGRADE your R-Series devices to 4.4.2-R2 firmware.  If the issue does occur, please contact Cambium Technical Support for assistance in recovering the device.
