Radius EAP Error

Are there any Radius userers out there that has seen this error while running AAA in debug mode?  The users getting this error just keeps trying to authenticate, mean while the reg and rereg counts are going thru the roof.   The AP's and SM's are both PMP 450 3.65 Ghz with 14.2.1 firmware.

Look to be Authentication started but SM didn’t send further authentication packets ,does it works ok on 14.2 ?
Have you tried the latest build 15.0.2.1? Please use that.

Was there any resolution to this matter?

I am experiencing the same with Software Version: CANOPY 22.1 SM
