Using cloud cnMaestro-C for PMP 450/i/m network monitoring. We are having what look to be random drop-out in connection to cnMaestro - typically about 7- 10 minutes. The AP and SM do not drop sessions. The AP device agent log shows failures in the “Ping-Pong” handshakes. Other AP on the same tower with the same switch and backhaul also showing Ping-Pong drops but not as many. Subscriber connections look good, NAT is ok, etc. Any suggestions on how to better monitor / test. We are getting the email notifications from cnMaestro and have to wake up sometimes to multiple drops overnight.
It could be a problem with DHCP server. Please look at configuration and debug logo on dhcp.
