Random inaccessible radios

Hey guys, so i am seeing a issue, random, as of now i know we have atleast 8 of ~600 that are inaccessible, do not respond to ping, but the customer is fully connected.

Maestro, Cnut, and CNS none work.

We have not pulled one from the field as of yet, so we currently do not know what firmware they are on, however they should be on 2.5 or newer

Hi,

This specific issue where the radios become inaccessible put still passing user traffic was addressed in Release 2.6.1. Can you please ensure the radios are running 2.6.1?

Thanks,

Sriram

I will test this when i get the chance to go by a customers to flash

3 radios I have checked are on 2.6.1
