Please provide us with the following information to narrow down the cause and help you better further.
1. May I know the OS in which you are running the Wireless Manager and its bit details (64 or 32 bits).
2. May I know the Wireless Manager version?
3. Could you please share the complete screenshot of these errors (Unable to start Mysql daemon and Unable to create database Exiting wireless Manager).
