Hi,

Which OS version are you using? Fresh installation or migration? Please try to restart all CNS Server services on your machine.

Sorry I forget that information.

The server is Windows 2012 R2 64 bit of course.

I already try to restart the services (CNS, Postgre and Apache).

Apache is Running

CNS server can not start

And Postgre show an error when I try.

Thanks for the update. To get more on this issue, could you please send me postgresql logs ?

Location for postgresql logs is-- <CNS Server Installed DIR>/stack/postgresql/data/pg_log .
