I have put in about a 4-5 MAC addresses and they are all being rejected for not valid, all less than a year old. Cannot even download the quick start, Windows or Linux files as they all want this. Was able to download release notes.
Pleae fix.

Please try again - support found a misconfiguration that has been corrected.

The installers are working, but the Quick Start Guide is still experiencing the same problem as it was originally. Thanks!

I have put in MAC and MSN of about 12 devices to no avail...
Why do you even put these kind of restricitons on things?? It's awfully MOTO of you..
