RE: My DES Subscriber Module (Auto Reboot by itself)

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with my recent upgrade on my DES Canopy, both AP and SM. I’ve followed a step by step procedure according to the documetation. To be more exact, by default my canopy are on version 6.1.

I’ve upgraded to 7.0.7 firmware and I found out that my Subscriber Module (DES) will automatically reboot by itself (It will auto reboot either when its is connected to the AP or just by itself without connecting to any device).

It happens the same when i’ve upgraded the firmware to 7.2.9. Below here is the logs of my (DES) Subscriber Module.

Any idea on why is this happening ONLY to my SM? On my Access Point module, there are no such problem same goes to my (DES) 20MB Bachhaul Unit.

Please advise. Thanks you.
