Recommended app to edit the CBRS Template

I'm trying to use/edit the CBRS template in the newest version of LibreOffice. I have macros enabled but I'm still having issues importing it into cnMaestro. I get an error telling me "Excel should contain maxEIRP entry". I have the max EIRP values entered in for the AP and SM's.

I've also tried opening this up in Google Sheets and that seems to have issues as well.

What's everyone using to open/edit this CBRS template?

Just started to try and get into CBRS working. I've been using excel for the editing of the template. I read somewhere that LibreOffice wasn't supported yet for modifying the template file at this time.

LibreOffice support is planned for cnMaestro 2.4.1.
