recommended configuration for PTP 450i with Cisco switch

Hello

We have an issue that the network not stable with PTP 450i that connected with Cisco switch IE4000

from Cisco side i see the below error in port Gi1/1 that connected to PTP, so there is any recommended configuration should i apply it in Cisco or PTP

Hello,

Rcv-err counter is typically when the ingress port receiver buffer is full and overflows; generating these errors. May be layer 1 cabling issue. 

Typical port configuration

switchport mode trunk

switchport trunk nat vlan xyz

switchport trunk allowed vlan xyz
