Registered SM's not Showing

Added a new 450i AP this weekend and I have 2 SM's registered since 9:00 this morning and for some reason cnMaestor is not showing them, however in the event log you can clearly see where it says "station registered"?

We are using the onpremises version.  AP has 15.1.3 on it.

STA registered to AP wont show up in cnMaestro dashboard count until the SM is onboarded and managed by cnMaestro.

I think under the inventory we display them today but not in the main dashboard
