hi, i have a problem with epmp 1000 gps_sync, sometimes the BTS (epmp 100gps_sync) loses all subscriber.
afer reboot it, all subscribers link on.
can we help me?

Could you please provide more information about your issue?
I would be really appreciate it if you could provide System Logs from AP and SM after issue was reproduced.
Described isssue may be caused by GPS signal loss if GPS sync is enabled on AP.
Verify also you have last GPS Firmware version installed.

Flexible mode does not use GPS for synchronization.
So it should be another reason.
What do you see in System Log when issue reproduced?
