Somethings odd it seems like maybe corrupt data in the database i have stuck devices i can't remove like SM's that when i try to remove i'm getting "unknown device" and the mac address of the unit, is their a way to run a repair or something on the database, or will it repair itself eventually?
Please contact customer support along with your account ID and impacted MAC addresses.
