Reset E700 Cambium

I have 10 cambium e700 radios that are on a cn maestro account and I need to remove it. what can I do? Could you write me an email jedada@gmail.com, jesus_lopez@claro.com.do

I assume you mean access points, radio’s can not be deleted only enable/disable.
When you login into your cnMaestro account

  1. Go to Inventory > Networks in the cnMaestro dashboard (assuming admin settings is set to industrial like mine)
  2. Identify and select the site where the APs (Access Points) are currently assigned.
  3. Mark all the APs you want to remove from the account.
  4. In the upper right-hand pane of the interface, select the Delete option to remove the selected APs from the account.

Here is the visual:

Greetings, I am not the owner of the account, it belonged to a hotel called Jewel Cabeza de Toro. I don’t know who created this account since the hotel closed. and all employees were fired. until it happens again in the future and they will use another solution

Continuing the discussion from Reset E700 Cambium:

HOTEL WAS CALLED JEWEL PALM BEACH.
THIS IS THE CAMBIUM ID.
IF YOU COULD TELL ME THE EMAIL OF THE ACCOUNT OWNER I COULD WRITE TO HIM TO DELETE IT FROM THIS ACCOUNT CN MAESTRO

Okay, so you got the hardware back but it’s still claimed? I suggest you create a support ticket to see if Cambium can help you there.

I’m assuming you’ve purchased these devices after the hotel was shut down, this is easy to fix.

Yes the only way is to submit a ticket, but you will have to go through some legal steps for them to confirm that you have authority over the APs
