I noticed that there’s an RJ11 jack in the CMMmicro marked “Timing Pulse”. In the CMM User Guide it says “not used.” Has anyone here ever used it for anything?
As far as I know it’s not used.
I suspect that at some point a forward thinking Engineer thought it might be used to pass sync from one CMM to another so that you would only need one GPS antenna.

Interesting. I take it that no one has tried this yet on their own?
It wasn’t working with software versions older than 2.2. Haven’t tried with the newest, but I guess it wouldn’t work also.
Maybe with set to slave, we could bring timing in from another site via SM or Slave BH and then send the sync up to the AP’s via the power port…
