Hey i think my router has a problem when the poe cable is connected to my router it doesn’t give internet connection i tried a complete reset on the router it didn’t work and when i took the poe cable to my laptop connected it through the Ethernet port it was working fine and i activated my laptop as a hotspot that’s what were using at home please i need your help fixing my router does it need to be updated?

Make sure it is connected to the WAN port; please see below as a reference.
If you’ve been provided the R190W by an ISP and or a WISP; you may need to speak to them about configurations, as you’ve reset the config.
Also, to clarify; on the PoE injector - you’re using the DATA port to connect to WAN on the R190W?
