We have been using RuggedCom for about 5 years.
Primarily, their RMC40 100 Base T Fiber to copper media converters.
We use them out in substations and other harsh environments, and have 100 or so units and I have only sent back two for warranty work.
Compared to other products we tried in the past the RuggedCom’s have been a very good product for us.
Another Utility just south of me has around 10 + of their Managed switches and has reported excellent results with them.
