I have a lite ePMP running with ten subscribers. I need to add mores so I bought C050900S510A license to add another 10 users to the AP. License was accepted, but the AP is still 10 Locked. Did I order the wront key?
Do you have ePMP2000 Lite? What type of subscribers do you have?

You bought the wrong key. You bought 10 elevate licenses, which is to connect Mikrotik or Ubiquiti units. You need a lite to full license.
