Lets say I wanted 1 set of passwords for BH’s and AP’s and a seperate password for SM’s how do I choose a default so that when SM’s are brought in they will get setup with the right password?
As I understand it, when prizm accepts an element it tries to find a security profile that matches what is set in the element. If it cannot find one it will create a new profile with the user name and password that it used to accept the radio. You cannot search for elements with specific profiles applied and you can only change the profile from define networks. Your best bet is to set the correct user/password/SNMP information before accepting the radios into prizm.
