We are seeing random lock-up of internet traffic of radios connected to 3000 / 2000 APs that use either 300-16 or 300-25 radios you can go to the access point and deregister the client and they come back with good downlink and connection or if the clients wait 10 to 20 mins it comes back on its own.
Hello,
Do you have 4.5 FW version running in your network?
Did you hava a chance to open the ticket with Cambium Support?
Are SMs operating in NAT or Bridge mode?
Thank you.
Probably all related to the same issues we have been dealing with for quite some time now and they cant seem to figure it out. AP locks up showing a handful of clients connected downlink signal shows 0% upload looks excellent, then if your lucky the AP rerboots on its own for whatever reason and things comeback online. We have had to reboot manually or the unit reboots on its own sometimes.
We have seen this issue over a year now maybe 2 years and they still have not figured it out but claimed to have fixed it the last few firmware releases (4.5), Cambium claimed it was a BSA issue then told us to turn off the BSA which seemed to help but issue still happened, was told to try 70/25 split that did nothing for us. There are supposedly two different issues one with BSA causing reboots and lockups and another reboot issue they cant seem to figure out.
I am at a loss as to what to do anymore. Its caused us so much lost revenue I cant even think striaght anymore.
