I would like completely seperate configuration of the two ethernet ports. There is a lot that could be done if allowed to have seperate MIR and vlan configs per port. I know Cambium is pushing the cnPilot router as the way to seperate client traffic, but this does not work well for networks that support a BYOD network.

By sepearting the ports this would allow a security camera or even a dedicated VoIP connection to be on  dedicated vlans while providing seperate client access out the main port. That way when a client exceeds their bandwidth cap for the month and they get restricted speeds, the phone/camera service does not get cut off.

Are you referring to the ePMP series?

Yes, I thought I placed this under the section for the ePMP, but this could also apply to other products that have two ethernet ports.
