Session Wierdness

What does it mean when a Session shows as IN-session but signal and jitter levels show as NA/NA on the Session page:

LUID: 090 - [0a-00-3e-20-a9-e4] State: IN SESSION (Encrypt Disabled)
Site Name :
Session Timeout: 0, AirDelay 281 (approximately 2.61 miles (13769 feet))
Session Count: 464, Reg Count 83, Re-Reg Count 381, Session Uptime 4 d, 11:40:39
Jitter (Avg/Last): NA/NA Power Level (Avg/Last): NA/NA
Sustained Uplink Data Rate (AP): 20000 (kbps)
Uplink Burst Allocation (AP): 500000 (kbit)
Sustained Downlink Data Rate (AP): 20000 (kbps)
Downlink Burst Allocation (AP): 500000 (kbit)
Low Priority Uplink CIR (D): 0 (kbps) Low Priority Downlink CIR (D): 0 (kbps)
Rate : VC 106 Rate 1X/1X

We have some people that are in this state on various different APs, different bands, different distances but the only thing that ever seems to help is an AP reboot.

I’ve looked around and cant find any info on this particular issue.

Every time I have seen an SM come up like that it has usually come down to interference or highly degraded signal from a poor path or just too far from the AP.

secound the signal trouble, your session count should never be that high in 4 days i’ll send a tech out to fix a problem even if the customer hasn’t called if i saw 50 sessions in 4 days
