I need to set up a short-range point-to-multipoint network with only two remote stations, and I was wondering if I have to use a V5000 DN or if I could use a V1000 or V2000 as the DN. Can a V1000 or V2000 be set up to serve more than one CN?

Any CN (V1000, V2000, or V3000) can only connect to one other CN to form a PTP. To connect 2 CN’s to a central point, the central point needs to be a V5000.
