signal drop

I have install a PMP 450 and put up a sm20 at customer end.

i was able to get it connected. after a while the connection start dropping.

i already upgraded the AP also

We need a lot more information to give you a hand with this: 

The most common reason in interference, rather frequency or physical.  

What's your rssi uplink, and downlink, jitter ? 

Next, if possible can you get a screen shot of the spectrum analyzer in the ap and am. Lastly, what software version are you running ?  

When it drops, does the am or so reboot ? (Small systrm uptime on the main screen) or just the wireless link breaking ? 

Also can you do a wireless link test a few times and note the uplink and downlink %% and modulations please
