We upgraded one of our clusters to 8.1.5.1 using the upgrade path:
7.3.6 > 8.1.4 > 8.1.5.1
All APs and SMs on this cluster are running 8.1.5.1
All SMs have a public IP on the DHCP client side and have Private IPs on the management side.
This particular SM has NAT enabled, VLAN on the AP is enabled but the SM is using the standard VLAN (1).
High Priority channel is NOT enabled for this SM.

i reported this same crash under 8.1.4 to several different folks at motorola support and the canopy beta program and nobody followed up, or even said anything about it. However, they did fix other crashes from 8.1.4 to 8.1.5, so it’s plausible that someone might still be looking at it.
We have this problem with 8.1.4 version. All modules that we use in NAT mode start to reboot.
We find that only sollution to have relaible link was to make downgrade to 7.3.6 on SM modules which have enabled NAT. AP still use 8.1.4 and everything is worl very stable.
