SM doesn´t register

There is a CANOPY network wich we need to add a new canopy SM.
It has been impossible, the SM doesn´t register through AP. All configuration seems to be fine, we can access to AP and look into configuration, as well as to other SM that are already working.
I suppose there may be an incompatibility between firmwares, because

SM working models have:
Device Type: 5.2GHz Multipoint Suscriber Modem
Soft version: CANOPY 7.1.4 SM-DES
Soft BOOT: CANOPYBOOT 3.0
FPGA Ver: 051104(DES)

Whereas New SM equipe has
Device Type: 5.2GHz Suscriber Modem
Soft version: CANOPY 8.1.5 SM-DES
Soft BOOT: CANOPYBOOT 1.0
Board Type: P10
FPGA Ver: 102606
PLD ver: 9

All configuration is running under default values. Default Key encription, 5275GHz channel, etc.

Does anybody know what it could be happening?

Your old SM is P9.

Your new SM is P10.

This works only in Hardware Scheduling.

Try doing Hardware Scheduling in your AP.

To make it clearer for you,

upgrade your AP to 7.3 and select hardware or 8.x firmware so that it will be automatic hardware set.

System-wide upgrades aside, couldn’t you just switch the new SM to software scheduling to get it going?
