SM not associated to AP (LOST INAR)

Hello, hope you are all well.
We are having an issue with Subscriber Modules not connecting to Access Point. This issue have been happening in the past bur it war very rare. Now it is becoming more often. Mostly it happens on F300-19 and have the below logs:

Once the SM gives this error it wont associate anymore to any AP in any firmware version.

most probably it is a HW issue. Like burned after a thunderstorm.

To check this, you can configure it in AP mode and check with any other spare radio if it is visible on Spectrum Analyzer or SM’s scan list on Monitor >> Wireless page

If it is not it means burned FEM or so…
